All payments are accepted via secure credit card handling company's and deliveries are made by the most economic service available with online track and trace. We don't know your credit card number, that is not shared with us by the credit card company. Your money is safe and your goods are insured.
We endeavour to despatch orders by the end of the next working day. This generally means that you will get your delivery 3-4 working days after ordering in the UK and a maximum of 10 working days for the rest of the world (unless we mutually agree a different service)
It is not possible for us to program our website to calculate the postage rates for every country in the world. If you are outside the UK and your country of origin does not appear on our country list and you think your shopping list will weigh more than 2kg please email us with your requirements / country of origin and we will get in touch with DHL/UPS/Fed Ex and see what they can offer.

We use Royal Mail Signed For services for all orders up to 2kg. This means delivery in 3-4 days in the UK and 7-10 days in the rest of the world. Orders over 2kg generally go via DHL and take 2-5 days for all customers.
